There are two Check-in timings.
1) Check-in is at 12:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
2) Check-in is at 05:00 PM and check-out is at 03:00 PM.

Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged based on availability. Extra charges will be applicable as per the demand and availability. (Extra Lunch & Time = 400 + 400)

Kastur Farmhouse offers spacious A/C rooms, a swimming pool with baby pool, a dining area surrounded by Garden, barbecue facilities, a Lawn, and plenty of space for outdoor activities.

Yes, a music system is available. However, we request guests to adhere to local noise regulations. It’s allowed till 10 PM only.

You can access pool anytime except morning cleaning hours.

Swimming Pool is huge with proper filtration system and its 20*25 feet with 4.5 feet depth/height.

Yes, we do provide campfire but in winter season as its most required then.

Yes, soap and towels are provided but limited.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the farmhouse.

Yes, The farmhouse is pet friendly and we do not charge extra for Pets but have some rules set for them. Pet food will be available for INR 250 (Rice + Chicken). Pets should not be left unattended at any time by their custodian. The manager may apply charges for any destruction or damage to hotel property. The manager holds the right of admission against any pet entering the premises. The Bed, pool & restaurant area will be restricted for pets throughout your stay.  Pet parents must carry Updated vaccination Cards (Rabies vaccination is compulsory).

Yes, free parking is available on the premises.

Yes, Food is provided at an extra cost of INR 1000 per driver per night. Stay can be arranged at an extra cost after discussion with manager as it’s depends on the availability.

Yes, we provide a space for decoration. You can bring all décor material, we can help you at no extra cost. Otherwise, you can give a décor contract to local vendors.

Yes, we do arrange a Birthday cake at an extra cost of INR 500/- for half KG

No, there is no Wine shop in close vicinity. If you are coming by train then there is one just outside the station. IF you are coming by road then one is near Chowk phata on Old Mumbai highway.

There are two beer shops nearby, one is half a KM and other is in Kadav village which is 3 KMs away.

No, we don’t have a BAR, so we can’t provide HOT drinks. Cold drinks, Mineral water is available at farmhouse. You need to bring your own drinks; we do have a separate fridge for cooling purpose.

You can relax by the pool, enjoy indoor and outdoor games, go for nature walks, enjoy water sports or host small events. Nearby attractions include waterfalls and trekking spots.

You can play cricket, badminton, chess, carom, volleyball.

Yes, Karjat is known for its beautiful trekking trails, such as Kondana Caves and Peth Fort.

Yes, we have one ATM in Kadav Village which is 3 KMs away from the Kastur Farmhouse.

If Paid Full Amount

• If cancelled within 14 days and before 7 days to check-in date: 50 % Refund
• If cancelled within 7 days before check-in date: No Refund

If Paid Partial Amount

• If cancelled 14 days before check-in date: 100 % Refund.
• If cancelled within 14 days: No- Refund

Aadhaar card of all passengers are required at the time of check-in. Need to pay balance amount while check-in only.

Yes, following are damage charges

• Glass = INR 200 per glass
• Stain on Bedsheet/Blanket = INR 350 per bedsheet/blanket
• Loss of towel = INR 100 per towel
• Other – apart from above if there is anything else damaged then charges applicable as per that and will be decided by manager
